I have two separate marksheet of class 12th. How can I merge in one coz I only appeared for mathematics but no year loss. What to Do. ?

I appeared in class 12th board in 2015 with 6 subjects but I cleared 5 subject and failed in mathematics but overall my final result was pass but math was important for B.Tech so within a month I applied for improvement test and got separate marksheet of Maths and companies are not considering.
