    yes you are eligible for executive MBA, be it from IIMB or SIBM - B.
    In case of distance education, there is no classroom teaching. Only the course material is provided. One is supposed to study on own at home and give exams. So it is irrespective of city. The best distance education colleges in india are NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDl, SMUDE, ICFAI and IGNOU.
