B.Com -- 62%, PGDBA -61% (correspondence). work experience : 8 years . 2 years in domestic call center . 6 years with Convergys India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon . Presently working as a Sr. Quality Analyst , earlier worked as Sr. Technical Support Officer in the same company.
