I have worked in Software Testing (Manual Testing) for 4.5 years mostly on web based applications.plz adv what tp learn nxt ?

I have scored 87 % in 10th , 84 in 12th , 70 % in BE and I have done ISTQB foundation certified . I have learnt QTP , but never worked in it. I am not very technical . Please adv what to learn next to proceed my career in software testing .
