I have working experience more than 12 years but not completed graduation. Is there any MBA course for professional in this situation.

MBA is a post-graduate course, so you need to first complete your graduation & then explore an MBA programme.

No you cannot do MBA of any form, without a Bachelor's. If you had a Bachelor's you could have done executive MBA.
