You did not mention the college you have applied to. Please write a simple application to the college where you have applied. Please do not forget to mention the Application Number, your name and other information.

Thanks for the Information. Yes, As I said Please Write the Simple Application on White Paper and Meet the Department clerk, they may have to search open your Application (May be Soft/Hardcopy per Process) and correct it there.
