i haven't cleared iit jee exam and i got 56% in +2. Am i able to join this institute??

no bro...you can try next year for iit...prepare well and get atleast 60% marks in 12th..gud luck..

sorry, you are not eligible.... to get into IIT's you must clear iit-jee exam, then only you can apply for that..
