I haven't done HS but did Diploma in mechanical & have taken admission in B.Tech. Can I appear for degree level government job exams?

If your B.Tech degree is from a UGC recognized university or AICTE recognized institute then you are eligible for all government jobs where eligibility criteria is a graduation degree.
