I haven't filled the entrance exam form due to some issues, am I able to take admission in Punjab university Chandigarh for B.Sc.

Instead of filling the entrance exam, you may also apply for the B.Sc with your merit cut-off accordance to the of 12th result. I hope the best for you.

Yes dear, you can take admission in that college. Firstly you have to make contact with admission authority of that college after that they will tell you the way.
