I haven't marked questions as answered for drawing question in my NATA exam, will my drawing not be considered?

Marking a question as answered tells the examiner that you have answered it, and he or she has to check it and give a scoring. Since you missed marking it, the examiner might either not give marks at all, or give full marks if quality is excellent or deduct some marks for not marking as answered, it all depends on the examiners.
