I haven't passed in mathematics which was my optional subject. Can I get admission in Presidency University for life Science course?

My overall percentage is 88.6 I have passed in physics, chemistry and biochemistry with more than 85% marks.

I don't think you can apply to any university if you don't complete your 12th. Please clear your backlog and try again? Still, for the complete confirmation, contact the admissions office.

Sorry to say but you won't be allowed. Passing in all subject is mandatory. If you have a compartment in any subject then you won't be allowed to take admission.

But why is it so? Why maths is necessary for life science course? They didn't even mention this condition while we were filling up the application form. Without maths I'm not getting any good college. It is my only hope.
