I haven't studied M.Phil or Ph.D. Can I apply for RBI group B?

Yes, You can apply but you must follow the other eligibility criteria. Age limit: The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and the maximum age is 30 years. However, candidates holding M.Phil. And Ph.D. degrees are given age relaxations.
