    No, you are not eligible for the BA LLB course at CNLU Patna if you have not taken the CLAT exam. The CLAT is a compulsory entrance exam for admission to all 5-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) programs in India. The minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT are 45% for general category students and 40% for SC/ST students. You have scored 52% in 12th, which is below the minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT.
    Even if you were to score above the minimum qualifying marks for the CLAT, you would still not be eligible for admission to the BA LLB (Hons.) program at CNLU Patna if you have not taken the exam. CNLU Patna only accepts students who have

    No, without appearing and clearing CLAT, you cannot get admission.

    No, for Chanakaya National Law University or any other NLUs you have to give CLAT.
