I haven't written any entrance exam. Can I get a good college for B.Tech?

Yes, one can get into a good college, private or deemed to be university, without going through the hassle of entrance exam. Management quota is exactly for such purposes. You can get admission under this quota without giving any entrance exam. Best wishes to you.
