Hi taran,
As mentioned by Rohit correctly, you will require to have 12th pass certificate so to be eligible for the BBA course. As for B.tech is concerned, it is possible only if you did diploma in engineering / equivalent course and can get a chance to secure lateral entry to B.tech course.

for BBA one should have passed 10+2. Diploma holders can't apply for it. because Diploma is not equivalent to +2. B.tech is best option for u. u will be admitted in 2nd year directly through lateral entry. u can go for MBA after ur B.tech.
