I having bipc in 12+ and B.Com general in degree, can I apply MCA?

Yes, you can apply for MCA after your completion of B.Com it doesn't matter that what are your subject in your 12th, it matters upto your graduation, after that your graduation degree matters more. So, yes you can go fir MCA.
