I havn't selected in iit and c.g. pet but i want to become an engineer.so what should i do in future. please help.....

I am jitendra from dhamtari c.g. this year i haven't selected in iit and i got poor rank (25000) in c.g. pet due to my bad health and now i am waiting for my aieee results but i still want to do engineering this year can it is possible??? please help i have very confused about my carrier.
