Hi, If you have cleared your arrears, you may go ahead with CS and M.COM as well. For CS, there is no percentage criteria. However, for M.COM admission- 50% in graduation is essential. Also the colleges conduct an entrance exam. Refer- http://www.icsi.edu/webmodules/student/brochure/cs brochure
