i heard from someone that after completing 3 yr diploma we can get 12th non medical certicafe by giving hindi exam of our state. is it true?

Dear Rohit,
This is not true, I'm afraid. See, yes, the subjects of the +1,+2 matches to the diploma in many ways, but you can not get the +2 certificate from diploma. After doing the +2 via LEET you get to the 2nd year of diploma. CHEERS!

Which state ? I don't think any state has any such provision. Anyway you may not need 12th now. You can do BTech in Engineering now by distance learning or regular.
