I heard that indo-global is giving a chance to students with low toefl too. Is that correct?

Someone told me a few days back that indo-global is giving opportunity to students with low toefl score as well. I wanetd to know if that is correct and if it is. What is the procedure like? And how can I apply for it? I am kind of lost. So I was wondering if anyone of you could tell me. Thanks man.
