I heard that on the day of GD/PI rounds the candidates should pay Rs.10000 (non refundable) Is it true?

Yes, that's true, only if you clear the GD & PI, you have to pay Rs. 10,000, which is refundable, the same will be deducted from the fees, if you are getting admitted into the college.
