Dear Mushtafa, usually a regular course from a good institute has more value in the job market than a distance MBA.
Also you will be able to avail the placement facility offered by the institute in case of regular MBA while in case of distance MBA you will have to look for break on your own.
Course structure wise both are almost same but difference is in exposure and interaction. Since you are working you can get these from your work place.

HI Mustafa, it is not entirely true, it also depends on the English and communication skills, your confidence level and your knowledge as well. Finally it depends on your performance, irrespective of full time or correspondence MBA.

Yes, it is partially correct. Institutes like SBI does not accept distance MBA holders for its management cadre. Similarly, institutes like NMIMS does not accept distance MBA for PhD programmes,
However, if you are already employed and doing MBA from a good. reputed institute preferably in the weekend/ evening mode, it helps you to acquire your knowledge and also help for the promotions. If you are a fresher, it is not useful at all.
Even all full time degree does not have acceptance. If you want to get a well paid job, lucrative career then an MBA from tier 1 institutes like JBIMS, NMIMS, TISS, Symbiosis, FMS Delhi, IITs only help.

    Hi Mustafa,
In the end, it depends on the institute and your own performance and capacity. Some institutes offer part-time MBA programs as well as full-time and have good records with regards to placements as well.
