I HEARED THAT FREE ADUCATION IS PROVIDED IN USA WHILE THE STUDENT IS DEPENDENT AND HIS GUIRDIAN HAS ZERO INCOME, IS IT TRUE?

MY FAMILY IS GOING TO USA ON IMMEGRANT VISA APPROX. IN JAN. OR FEB. 2012.AND AT THAT TIME MY PARENTS ARE HAVING NO JOB, THAT THINK SHOULD BE HELP ME TO GETTING FREE ADUCATION, IS IT?
