I hold PGDM and cleared UGC NET and have 3 years' corporate experience. I want to know the salary that i shud get accrdng to aicte norms

I would like to know the details of pay scales approved by aicte and UGC. Also, what is meant by a 'pay scale of Rs. 19000-39100 with an AGP of Rs. 6000. ' Does this mean that the person will b paid in between 1900 and 39100? and is the AGP in addition to this pay or included in this amount already
