I hv 3 year gap bw my 10th and 12th class bcz i m gng to repeat my 12th this year .should i will be eligible for jee advance 2017 or not?

I attempt 2 times(out of 3times) for jee main and both time i cleared my cut off but i nvr attmpt for advance. Can i apply for jee advance 2017 aftr clearing my jee main 2017
