Sir, I have done my B.Tech (ECE) and have about 4 years of Experience in Electronic Industry. I have recently completed my MBA from ICFAI. Now I wanted to shift my field from Electronics to HR as I am very interested in HR. Kindly suggest a best option for me, If I need SAP HR Certification or other
