I hv completed b.com this year .i want to work for a year so what else can i do besides working ?

Since i hv done b.com with finance specialisation . i wanted to know that what can i do as im working for a year . Are there any courses or certifications which can add weightage to my careerand help me in longer run .i will continue with my PG prog. next year.so what is the best i can do in a year
