I think you are the best decision maker for this as per your present scenario. But adding on to a higher degree always helps you shine better and specialise in the field to have an edge over others. No doubt Cognizant is a big good company but if you have the desire to study more, you might again come up to the same company or even better with much more high package and position. There are many good colleges that provide M.Com MBA or any other field that you are looking for. A few institutes
    1- Lovely professional university, Jalandhar
    2- Amity University, Noida
3- Sri Guru Gobind Singh college, Delhi
    4- Deshbandhu College, Delhi
    5- Delhi U

Without a doubt, MBA is a very good notion after B.Com. Job opportunities after MBA in India are wide, and it is the responsibility of the students to pick up the right job from the options available. While considering the job opportunities after MBA, the students must make a list of options, analyze the pros and cons and weed out the thorns to weave the path of success. LPU is known for its MBA. LPU provides quality education, with great scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities. It depends on you. Are you satisfied with the job? Are you satisfied with the salary package? Do you feel like joining it? What do your circumstances demand? Ask these to yourself and take the next step according to your own answers. Hope it helped!

Work for a year, and then go for MBA. It is better looking at its wide field of prospects. I am a student of Doon Business School, Dehradun and I have seen MBA Finance people with experience have grabbed packages as high as Rs 23.5 lacs.

If you feel that the job is good and if they are offering a good salary package, then you can join because you can go for distance studies along with your work. After the completion of your higher studies, you can apply for the higher post within the company and it will definitely help you for a better and bright future.

Well after Bachelors you should go for your Masters degree that will boost up your career. There is a difference in the jobs/ position offered to the students based on their degree. The Masters degree will also give you a raise in the salary criteria. Lovely professional university being the largest Private University in India having 30000+ students studying in more than 200+ courses, which includes 6000+ international students from 70+ countries from all around the world.
