Dear Kanugantisaisuman, please understand that no body can assure you a job until and unless your skills are developed up to a level . As far animation field is concerned , here every company has a job vacancy for the right candidate , yes Reliance AIMS ( Krishnanagar Bangalore ) has a 100% job guarantee plan , but for that one has to go through a entrance test . I feel you can directly check with them , in case if you need any further update , please let me know , i have my relative who is doing a graduation there.
    Thanks.
