i hv done BE in EC branch(2010 batch)...is it a good idea to do pg diploma in plc scada from technocrat automation chennai.plz suggest me

actually i m prepairing for govt sector from past two year...and i want to do some specialization course...and i heard about technocrat automation institute chennai which provide pg diploma course in plc scada...they also say they provide 100% placement..so help me sir...suggest me some good course
