    Hi Ankit,
There are Event Management Institutes which you may consider. However, as Event Management is still an upcoming field you would not find many good institutes providing a degree programme in this field so advisable would be that you should opt for an MBA with Marketing as a specialization, as Marketing is a huge field and it covers various areas like advertising, Event Management etc.
The Institutes you can check with are: MICA, NIEM, IIEM, Amity, CRAFT etc.

Hi, Event management is the application of project management to the creation and development of festivals, events and conferences. With corporate and personal occasions needing professionals to manage them, the demand for event managers is burgeoning. Today, it encompasses a wide range of profiles that offer thrilling opportunities to those with an eye for detail and a flair for organizing. To help you, I am sending you link of institutes offering your desired course.
