Good Question. You are defintely eligible for MSc in Animation. Inorder to learn the basics you can take up foundation class for 3 months if you are new to Animation. Sure you can get PG Degree or Diploma on this basis. You may go for IIT-IDC, NID or other places near your home. You could even opt for a course and get on your way since Art doesn't care much for what paper you carry, more than what showreel you carry. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion
