A BSA can mean a boiler certificate examination or a biological safety certification, but presuming that BSA means Basic Shiksha Adhikari, to apply for the post of a Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA), the minimum qualification that you need to have is a post graduate degree (either a M.A or M.Sc)
