I hv done my 2nd Year PUC with agreegate percentage of 41%(overall 45%) am i eligible for BE/Btech

At this percentage you can not get admision in Btech , i suggest you to give exam again for 12th class , becasue this is very low percentage for engineering and also for other course , and this also effect on future prospectus , so i suggest you to give exam again , at this time one year is not matt
