    No you can not eligible for B.Ed. of IGNOU. The detailed eligibility criteria of B.Ed. of IGNOU is given below.
    Eligibility:
    a) Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto,

    b) The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL):
    (i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
