Hello Khushboo,
Yes you can give the CAT exam but at you the time of admission you may find some problem so i am suggesting you to give some improvement exam of B.com and make it to 50% then there will not be n issue of the criteria

yes you can appear for cat but I would suggest you take mat
there are some good colleges under mat like

Even if u can give the exam, i suggest you find out from the respective colleges coz many colleges have minimum percentage in graduation, 12th and 10th exams. The reason being it limits no of colleges you can apply based on the cat score.
