Yes you can apply once you get your mat score as it's compulsory to write an entrance exam for PGDM.

Yes, surely you can apply once you get your MAT score by March or April. You'll be left with ample time to look out for this college as well as other MAT colleges. FIIB is one of the top MAT colleges.
