As you are from medical stream, so I would suggest you to opt for B.Sc LLB. This a very new emerging field and people from background like you have much more scope in this field. B.Sc. Is a good option. Rest depends on your interest on which course you wish to pursue.

If you are still good at Science, then B.Sc is fine, otherwise, go for BA. Don't take up BBA or B.Com as you might face difficulties in dealing with subjects, which you have never learned till class 12th.
