I hv passed B.Sc.(Non Medical) 1st yr from Panjab Uni. ,Chandigarh . Can I get the addmission in 2nd yr at any clg afiltd to Delhi Uni. ?
or in the sense we can say that can i get the migration in 2nd year ?

no you can not change university you can change only college under same university
