Dear sandip,
If your Xth, XII th board is government approved and
If university you selected for BCA & MCA is approved by UGC & AICTE then you are very much eligible for Government jobs in India.

As @||arun dev|| has already mentioned the criteria to be eligible for government jobs, adding to it, for higher education like PhD / M.Phil, even though you can apply for these programs but the preference is laid more to te ones with a regular education background, but this differs from one institu
