Mostly board exam has English as compulsory subject but in your case, don't know.
Well regarding Job, you won't get any issue. However, sometimes institutes require mathematics in 10+2 or, in Graduation for further PG degree(MCA), so take care about this.

I dont think there is nay problem in Job, if you get admision in BCA or any graduation degree then you not get any problem

No there are no any problem are occord if you working hard then you understand english easily.by d way there are 3 yrs which are enough to improve yourself.
