I hv science in intermediate, ZBC in b.sc. and b.ed. also. now i wants to do b.sc. physics with one subject.is it possible.?

Yes, you may take it as additional subject. This will be subject to provision in the same university where you have studies. Otherwise, you may apply to IGNOU and get credit transfer for the subject you have passed and can appear for subject of your choice
