I'hv scored 49.59% marks in graduation.can you please suggest some institutes from which I can do my M.Sc in environmental science?

I've got 49.59% in B.Sc life sc.Please suggest some institutes from where I can do M.Sc in Environmental sc, Zoology.Is Indian Institute of Environment and Ecology a good option to do M.Sc through correspondence as I want to pursue Ph.D in future.Will it be beneficial for me or suggest other option.
