    Hi,
    Please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to 16 years of education i.e. (10+2+4).
    Students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) have to pursue masters degree first, so that they are eligible for pursue MS degree from universities in US.
    So, as per your query, I would suggest you to:
    1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
    2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities either through email or phone to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission.
    3. If you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
