    You may shift to HR if you have opportunities. When you do MBA with specialization in HR it would ehlp you in getting into this line faster. I would not as such suggest leaving the job and then doing MBA incase you want to continue in the Banking service only. But MBA through regular mode of education is always more worthwhile. Incase you do your MBA through distance education then do it form a UGC recognized institution only. I suggest you give CAT exam and incase you get good percentile and then good reputed institution then you may think of leaving the job and doing MBA through regular education.
