Work-related travel or relocation may become an obstacle in completing a part-time MBA. As for executive MBA, it is specially designed for the working executives to take part in the program without hampering their career and considering the work experience one must be an apt candidate for a good number of institutions. First of all u decide on which line u wanted to go. If u want to be in pure technical line then i don't think MBA is require. Will u plz tell me ur area of expertise? In which domain u wanted to enhance ur career line?

You can try Executive MBA from Symbiosis, MIT, ICFAI in Pune. if you want continue to work in Industry a degree or diploma hardly makes any difference. If you want to venture into Academics and go for further Research or PHd having a Degree is important and hence preferable.
