I hve completd my Btech n I m hvin currently 1.5 yrs of wrk exp.I gave CAT (74%) n NMAT(184) dis tym.Any gud insti for part time mba in HR?

Since the scores have not been good,so full time mba from any top 20 colleges would not be possible this time.So If I can pursue part time mba or executive mba from any 20 b-schools this time?Will having a diploma make much difference than having a degree?How would be the job prospects further?

    Hi Shweta, part-time MBA will expand your existing knowledge base. It will open your eyes to new opportunities. It may take you three to five years to complete your MBA in a part-time program as opposed to a two-year full-time program. The program appeals to people who wish to advance their existing career.

    First of all u decide on which line u wanted to go. If u want to be in pure technical line then i don't think MBA is require. Will u plz tell me ur area of expertise? In which domain u wanted to enhance ur career line?

    You can try Executive MBA from Symbiosis, MIT, ICFAI in Pune. if you want continue to work in Industry a degree or diploma hardly makes any difference. If you want to venture into Academics and go for further Research or PHd having a Degree is important and hence preferable.
