i hve done m.sc. microbiology from durg, c.g. & this yr i hve done b.ed. but still confused what to do ?in which field i go, ph.d. is better

i want a gud job in my state itself !! but here there r no big fud industries i wish to go for ? i actually want to know the top10 fud industries & procedure for getting recruitment in that ????plz suggest 3 -4 options , field in which i can go for . 2nd choice of me is to do ph.d. but i know nothin
