I hve done my MBBS and DGO frm Calcutta University....Wht nxt can i do to upgrade my career in INDIA or abroad..

Presently i m working in govt.service...but not enjoying my work...as there r no opportunities...i intend to do an md/ms or mrcog....shud i move abroad...it is very diificult to continue job and preparation for md/ms exam...cud u suggest some career counsellors in kolkata for medical professionals..
