i hve first division in 10th and 2nd division in 12th and 68 percent in BE mechanical..wat r my chances of getting job in CORE feild..

as campus are arriving in my college i.e. TCS ACCENTURE etc..but all want 12th first division..wat shud i do?? i also want to do GATE m i eligable to get into IIT after cracking GATE? plzz help me
