You have to improve your G.K. So study the G.S. Manual book. Pls read any two good newspapers daily. If you want to do social service just help the destitutes. Go to orphanages, old age homes, and spend your valuable time there. You may offer any donations or physical work to the helpless. All the best. You will surely achieve ur goal. After completing your BE or in the final year you may write the Civil Services Examination to become an IPS officer. Study your own subject thoroughly.
